Key Responsibilities
Implement Behavior Programs
Work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention programs for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Conduct Therapy Sessions
Deliver direct 1:1 and group therapy sessions tailored to meet each client's specific needs.
Collaborative, Integrative Partnerships
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including BCBA, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and parents, to ensure holistic and effective treatment plans.
Parental Support and Training
Provide training to parents and caregivers, equipping them with the skills to implement behavioral strategies at home and in the community.
Skills and Experience Gained
